| Changes | You can changes the order quantity, page count, binding, etc. by contacting a customer service person. Because every aspect of your book is custom, changing any specifications or options will change pricing, including after production has begun. |

| Preparing Print Files | Your cover and interior files must be designed and print-ready PDFs with all fonts embedded. Images must be high resolution. |
| Pricing Good For | Pricing is good for 30 days from quote date. |
| Payment | Half down with order, remainder due before books ship. We accept check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. |
| Sales tax | If any books are shipped to Minnesota addresses, sales tax is applicable. If books are for resale or you have nonprofit status, please send a filled-out Minnesota ST-3 form for sales tax exemption. We must charge sales tax on shipments within Minnesota without an exemption form. |
